Pacquiao vs Hatton was a great fight and a certified mega-fight. Just cause Pac ****ed him up doesn't mean it didn't live up to the standards.
so choosing to stay in higher weight rather than your optimal weight but avoiding the toughest fighters is more greater than moving away from your comfort zone and fighting the best available opponents?. and by the way pac could have fought a lot of lightweight if he would have stayed longer and if lightweight names were big enough..
Feel free to prove me wrong with facts instead of just saying 'yea right' Look at the numbers, Floyd has drawn better in their two equal opponents and I don't remember this correctly but I think Floyd had had more PPV buys in all of his PPVs than Manny has had in all of his combined. Or he's had slightly less.
yup that happened when people realize he was going to bore them to do death. even though DLH fight happened after the baldomir fight. Or the fact that the Hatton fight happened after the DLH fight. Clearly people would see with those two back to back fights that you call boring that they shouldn't order Hatton-mayweather right? and then everyone knows Pac is more exciting that Mayweather so Pac should of been able to pull in better numbers... but.. nope.
if not because of delahoya and hatton, there will be no fight, maybe a race of some kind but no fight..:rofl
What are you even talking about? you are claiming floyd isn't the better draw because people didn't know he was boring then but now they do. So why did floyd still draw better against hatton than pac did? Despite the fact that Baldomir and DLH fights took place before that and you consider those boring.
Im not saying i did, but werent there people who considered Gatti-Mayweather a Super fight.IF That was, this sure as hell is
So then what do you think of the fight? My point was it was not boring. I never said it lived up to expectations. Hatton-Pac didnt' live up to expectations.
