    It would be interesting to see Briggs back in the ring. Word on the street is that he has been getting back in shape the past few months.

    The Question is, though, boxing shape or body building shape?

    To this day, even with the losses and lousy fights, I get the feeling that if the man got out of the gym and started doing some serious roadwork, He could have a good run.

    But he has discovered the perfect excuse with the "asthma." He tries to play it as if he it were impossible for him to develope stamina anyway, so he mgith as well bulk up and look for the big one punch. This is of course all bull****. I beleive him if he says that he has asthma, but it does not preclude building up his lungs.

    The thing I worry about Briggs is that in shape for him is different than other heavies in shape.

    Briggs needs to drop muscle more than he does fat...the man is chiseled enough as it is. His mobility is what he needs help.
