Kos, was that guy the taxi driver, Grant or something like that. Anyway, he made me laugh with his geezer slang, talking about the old skool boxing and "hit right on the darby". I love that cockney slang, it class. :deal

Now, someone translate wtf does that mean to get hit "right up the darby or in the darby or whatever that was":good

Yep- think he said that was the first of four. Don't quote me- I think he said that.

I hear you lads, I clicked on the link for the show at 8.50 and realised that I needed real player to watch. I dont have real player on the iMac so I googled it and downloaded it asap. As back up I switched my window desktop, cos that has it. but I got sorted on the iMac just before it came on. **** happens.

this seems like it could be a good read, i enjoyed the other boxing book he wrote "war baby" about the Benn - Gman fight so will be buying this.

 

for anyone who had problems with listening to the show, there might be some sort of podcast or "listen again" option or my woodddddddyafeint will upload on YT, that guy (griff on here) never misses anthing to do with boxing on tv or radio
