Overhype? Sorry but Cotto did "beat" Mosley and Clottey fair and square clearly imo. Margarito have better resumes? Lol. You mention Williams, Mosley, Clottey in Margarito resumes but Margarito beat Clottey while he lost to Williams and Mosley but Margarito resume could be a joke cause theres no way he started cheated with an illegal wrap in his gloves prior to the Mosley fight.
Cotto has a hell of a resume, and just because he won some close decisions that other posters don't agree with doesn't make it any less impressive.

lol Cotto's great the guy is a true warrior, really fights who ever they put infront of him. Floyd really ducked Cotto a number of times. HBO was pretty much pushing Cotto in front of him and Floyd retired, dnt get me wrong i like Floyd too. But saying Cotto isn't great is jus pure BS.
Very respectable resume he has, no other active fighters that are only 8 years in the game have a resume like Miguels...If u don't like Cotto, u don't like boxing, the man will fight any1
