Surely you can't say Dunne is overated!
Most on here were writing him off before he beat Cordoba and now that the dust has settled were back to the, "but he did lose to Martinez in 1" routine.

    He is underated if anything!

I would say Kell Brook or Amir Khan, and if you must go there with our Irish lads, the most overated boxer would have to be Andy Lee.

Don't get me wrong, I like Lee and I think he will prove himself in time but as far as hype goes, he got more than his fair share.

As for Dunne I think he deserves all the praise we give him, he has his weaknesses but at the moment he is the only one who has proved himself out of our current crop of boxers.

Dodgy cuts stoppage my ****...the cheating lucha libre was being schooled :hey.

I remember on here prior to the fight people were bitching saying that the fight better not be stopped prematurely to Khans advantage, then after the fight the same people were bitching that it went too long. Lets face it, Khan would have taken Barrera to school at any stage of the Mexicans career...just too quick :good

Hi Fleaman buddy. I think I will go further to say that I think we need Haye to be able to beat the Klitschko's. I think Haye has the ability in terms of boxing skills, mobility speed and power as well as the right attitude. I know there is a question mark about his chin but I have a suspicion it is not as bad as people might think especially as he has been hit and put on the deck but never sparked out. I do wonder whether he really is chinny or whether the struggles to make Cruiserweight made him vulnerable? Against Carl thompson I think he clearly ran out of gas more than anything. As for Vladimir and Vitali I think Vitali is the tougher because he seems to be able to take a shot whereas we all know Vladimir cannot. Of course getting a clear shot at Vladimir's chin seems to beyond the grasp of a lot of modern heavyweights. Mentally Haye has clearly got under the skin of both brothers which is to his advantage.

Dodgy cuts stoppage as in "the fight should have been stopped earlier, resulting in a no contest; instead the ref brings it along to the the point were he can stop it so Khan wins":hey

And you're just trying to get a rise out of me with that last sentence. I ain't gonna bite on that hook:deal

D-Mac knows his boy was taken to school :deal:yep...and if Hamed had bothered spending 20 minutes in the gym prior to their fight Barrera would have been a small footnote on his resume...take that ****er to the bank
