This should be a great fight, GSP's toughest for sure but I don't think anybody should be too confident fighting GSP. That being said watching Alves last few fights he was really impressive and has the tools to beat anybody, I favour GSP but if Alves wins I wouldn't call it a huge upset.
Alves has the tools to dismantle GSP. That's what makes this such a great fight. Alves has to be considered the most dangerous pure striker that GSP has ever faced. St. Pierre has to bring his A-game if he wants to survive this one. Victory is not guaranteed for either fighter. Whichever one wins it and wins impressively will find an instant addition to their legacy. I think GSP is going to edge Alves on points. He might bring a smart ground and pound game to keep Alves out of his wheelhouse.
GSP will stop Alves. No way Alves survive 5 rounds vs GSP. He need to KO St-Pierre if he want to win.
