Hatton just got destroyed in 2 at his best weight by Pac. ODLH was coming off a one year layoff and took him to a split.

Judah was a good win but nothing extraordinary, and Baldo aint nothing to brag about.

Corrales was like 8 years ago. Castillo went 1-1 with him imo.

So he hasn't proven he's the most skilled fighter.

Technical skills, BHop is the most skilled fighter.

Overall ability, Pacquiao is the best.
