Cotto, Don't get me wrong he is a very good boxer with a very nice resume. However he is not the elete boxer that he is made out to be.

I have to go with Mayweather , before the **** storm comes here is why : Im not saying Floyd is a anything but a top class fighter im not , but 3 years @ the top of the P4P rankings for wins over Gatti , Judah , Baldomir & Hatton (De La Hoya not included as the decision was so close) i mean come on . Ok the guy was a phenominal Super Feather , and an equally good Lightweight but generous decisions and a lot of trash talking in the public is the only reason Floyd has ever been considered the P4P king !!!!!!
