An old man? Ya, an old man that just happen to be the #2 light heavyweight in the world and #4 P4P in the world. As of right now that same old man is the #1 light heavyweight in the world, and #3 P4P. When you try to discredit Pavlik by putting Hopkins down, you just make yourself look like a complete ****ing moron.

Lots of fighters can potentially beat him. That's not to say all of them would.

Kessler, Froch, Ward, Bute, Abraham are all tough fights for him. Perhaps Williams, but I'd prefer to see him against a live body at 160 first.

Anyone with a jab, and who can box a little gives Pav trouble...and it doesn't have to be a world champion either. Allan Green imo can knock Pav out. Hell, I'd pick Sturm to beat Pav.

Im not Pavlik fan by any meanings but more I watch him fighting more I think that for start He will knock Froch out and maybe brutally so, at any weight. I like Froch what the hell he is going to do against Pavlik's straight punches. Kelly kills him those shots let alone. AA has defence to go 12 rounds with Pavlik and I think he could stop Kelly but it is bigger change that Pavlik out works him to get decision.

I have said before I like Froch alot because he went to States and stoppped Taylor front of hostile crown and showed some great heart. I thought Froch was looking EMBARRASSING in process but managed to do it and won my sympathies in that night. But come one, Froch looks some what reckless, doesnt show very good skills to be honest and he eats leather way too much to complete against puncher like Kelly his unorthodox style wont help much.

Froch has "the better chin?":patsch Over the years you have proven that there is nothing you will not say to express your blind hatred of Kelly Pavlik. This one takes the prize. You've now resorted to absolute non-sense.

H2H Pavlik puts Froch away, and makes it look easy. Slow hands, low guard, you can't miss him with a left on purpose. Carl's great grand children would be born knocked the **** out.

    Kessler, Froch

I still think on a good day Taylor could beat him at 168 too

Taylor would stand a much better chance than Froch. Carl the clumsy would take a career threatening beating.

Pav can't beat Froch, Kessler or Abraham. He can't beat Bute either. Pav is a good fighter with what we call 1-2 power-1-2 skills. Pav can't box. Froch is not easy to hit at all. Froch's balance causes him to be hit at times, but he throws punches from awkward angles, he is a body puncher, he has power, and he takes a good shot. Taylor had both Pav and Froch down-make your own opinion as to who was hurt more. Pav is young so maybe he can tweek his style a bit, but if he can't over power you, he can't outbox you.

I believe Arthur Abraham would have a good chance and if anything would defiantly be a good fight. Mikkel Kesslar imo would be too much for Pavlik right now.

Except Pavlik doesn't throw 0 punches a round, jabs, has a good chin and much better power. Froch is the one who holds his hands around his ankles; Froch is the one who's getting knocked the **** out.

Yeah, Sturm with those better-than-prime-JT boxing skills of his. And I s'pose Pavlik loses to Calderon too? :patsch

This **** is beyond hating. You must have stuck your head in a meat-mixer to come out with this level of bollocks.
