Get your mouth back over Calslappy's balls; you look more respectable in that position.

Froch would win at 168 no doubt about that. And yes, he has the better chin.

Pavlik took about 20 bombs from Taylor before he went down, got straight up, took many more, and stayed on his feet. He also got battered by a man two weight divisions above him for 12 rounds and never once tasted canvas sandwich.

Froch took a clean shot and a glancing blow to the temple from Taylor, and he went down like a sack of spuds.

    Froch has the better chin?

Sturm´s boxing skills are far superior compared to Pavlik. There´s about a 50% chance he wins a decision against Pavlik.

You're the only one with balls in your mouth.

Pav ain't no monster. He is just an ordinary fighter and a good guy with a lot of heart. If he gets in the ring with a boxer who has heart, skill, and stamina, he will get the same thing he got from BHOP - a goose egg.

Kessler, Abraham, WIlliams.....he would have a lot of trouble with Bute's movement and speed, but I think he would eventually wear down the Romanian.

Don't try and divert the discussion. You claimed that "anybody who can box a little bit" could beat Pavlik. Now, answer my question: could Taylor "box a little bit"? Indeed, are you saying Sturm is a better boxer than a prime Taylor? If so, that's some serious **** you've been smoking.

I'm not a Pavlik nuthugger; I'm just trying to see it for how it is. Anybody who claims that Vernon ****ing Forrest could beat Pavlik can only be smelling Calslappy's ball juice.

Why Williams? P4P he's a better fighter than KP, for sure. But at 160, all his advantages get swept off the table against a guy like Pavlik. Styles make fights, and for a guy who likes to fight on the outside, a powerful, methodical, relentless fighter like Pavlik is a strategic nightmare.

Anyone who has great boxing ability can beat Kelly Pavlik ... Pavlik is good but his boxing ability is suspect. He got outboxed by Hopkins and he admitted on ESPN FNF that he doens't fight boxers ... and he can't fight a boxer because thats not the style that he can look good against. When Taylor boxed him he did good ...

In addition to that ... you got:

    Abraham
Spinks (Pavlik said on record that he would never fight a fighter like Corey Spinks - sylistically it doesn't make sense)
    Dawson
    Kessler
    Dirrell
    Ward
Froch (great fight - FOY potential)
Taylor (I think he won the second fight)
    Bute
    Andrade

There are many guys that can beat him ... its just a matter of making the fight ...

Wow. Well, that just sums it all up. KP knocks out Taylor, then beats him by a close but clear decision, Taylor steps up and looks gassed against Froch after 8 rounds, and Taylor is still the better fighter? Is that some sort of ****ing joke?

I don't know what it is, but Pavlik never seems to get the respect he deserves. He's a limited fighter in many respects, but the kind of bull**** that people seem to be washing over their heads in this thread really just makes me want to get down on my knees and pray for a nuclear holocaust.
