Why is Haye obsessed with the Klitchsko's !!!

    The Klitschko's are the best Heavyweights in the world arguably yes , obviously the best Heavyweights in the world would want to fight them yes , however David Haye's obsession with the brothers has led to severe inactivity in the ring and for now at least makes him look like an absolute clown having just pulled out .

    So why does'nt Haye pick off the field before fighting the brothers , Ruiz , Peter , Chagaev , Valuev , Arreolla , Rahman not great fighters but credible HW opponents .

    Decent pay days , and the fact the fans would respect him a little more are the many gains from blitzing the above .

    Ultimatley will Haye's supreme confidence of defeating the brothers sink him into the nearly men ranks , or can he back up the hype and take them both out ???????

    It's not "arguable." The Klitschkos ARE the best HWs in the world, and therefore bring the best paydays - which is exactly WHY Haye wants to fight them before some lesser HW exposes his glass jaw.:yep

    I said arguably because it is arguable " Haye wants to fight them before some lesser HW exposes his glass jaw " your quote , the brothers bring huge paydays yes , but David Haye against anyone would fill out almost any venue across the UK and providing a credible opponent probably Vegas too (remember Hatton , Calzaghe turn outs) , so the paydays cannot be the main reason .

    Haye under estimates the brothers and yes does have this opinion that some one else is going to step in and take them out , wrong answer !!!!!

    No offense there, fella, but your syntax is a little tough to follow.

    Bottom line, Haye wants to cash in before he gets exposed. Which will happen against virtually any top HW. So why not go for the top of the heap before it happens?

    For one there the top guys in the division, and also can draw the biggest paycheck for Haye. No different than when Ali would taunt the likes of Frazier and Liston, wether it was going to their gym or during several interviews. His goal at the end of the day, was not only to get under there skin, but to question their toughness so much, that the media and fans started questioning the champ. It's the same principles today, as it was when Ali did it 40 years ago. As you could see it works, Haye almost had a 3 fight deal worth several million dollars, without fighting one top 10 Heavyweight to get it.

    He wants big money and the world title, he plans to quit boxing by the time he is 30 years old so is going straight for it while he can then will retire.

    Haye wants a huge money fight so he can retire. Haye does not want to fight a top ten heavyweight because he would probably lose, thus losing huge retirement money/millions.

    whether haye wins or not the fights will be exciting...plus he will get a decent payday.
