    IF, and that is a big IF, this happens, it could be the 'smaller' promoters trying to come up with something to go against the likes of Top Rank and Golden Boy. A new cartel if you will.

    They're skeptical. It's hard to blame them - this is boxing, after all. :yep But you don't want to be the villager who says phooey when the boy's screams warn of an actual wolf.

    Not entirely true. This seems to be a 'clique' of smaller promoters looking to make waves. Bute is being shut out. Andrade is being shut out. Both have proven more at SMW than the to Andre's.....

    Even if that's so, "very good fighters taking on very good fighters" is enough of a rarity to be welcomed in relatively higher concentration than normal, isn't it?

    Fair enough, but if you were to pick the top 6 who would they be? :think

    Kessler
    Froch
    Taylor is iffy for me right now
    Abraham has yet to fight at 168 and hasn't been in that stiff at 160 though I think he will be more in his comfort level at 168 weight/power wise.
    Andre and Andre are prospects.

    As proposed I see Kessler as the only real winner out of all this.

    Let me be skeptical. Since this was a Saurland idea.

    Get AA against Froch and if he wins his belt, AA drops out of the tourney.
