Have you ever been emotionally moved by a fight or fighter?

This reminds me of another article on ESB that I saw some time ago about not falling in love with any fighter because they'll break your heart every time. Becoming a fan of and following any particular fighter usually results in some type of emotion whether they be on the winning or losing side of things.

For me, I was emotional the entire Hagler/Hearns fight and was screaming at the top of my lungs when he stopped The Hitman. The night Mike Tyson lost to Buster Douglas was a rough night for me and it was a real downer. Watching Roy Jones get knocked out for the first time was tough for me as well. In more recent times I found myself screaming in joy when Mosley put the hurt on Margarito and when Manny beat the crap out of Oscar. I had a similar reaction when Manny knocked Hatton out and any David Haye knock out always gets me excited and yelling quite a bit.

Corrales-Castillo 1 and Diaz-Marquez also had me quite excited as they where just wall to wall action.

This is what makes boxing so much fun for me.

Most when Hatton lost to Pretty Boy Floyd. Ive never looked more foward to a fight in my whole life.

Felt like something was ripped from me, left a hole in me. Still gutted now about the loss. If he would have done it, it would have been a fairytale but instead there was tragedy and lots of emotional pain.

    Gatti vs Damgaard.

    Pacquiao vs Morales III

    Tyson vs McBride.

Usually the dramatic endings weather good or bad.

Watching Roy Jones get his ass beat in by Joe Calzaghe was very, very depressing.

Watching B-Hop beat down Kelly Pavlik when I was sure he was getting knocked out was inspiring.

The manner of the defeat for Tyson, I knew Lewis would beat him but I still clinged to the hope that Tyson had something, anything left. To see him strewn on the floor with his arm over his face. I quickly became aware that it was the absolute end of anything which could be.
