So, you think Froch fans quote Interbox? They only quote Hennessy. That's the info we got. We share it, that doesn't mean it's all the truth. People from UK share the info they got, people from Romania do the same. That's called a forum. By the way, you never quoted Larouche or Bédard, does that mean you're full of **** every time you talk about Bute?

Sad but true. Bute has yet to make one serious defense of his title. He gave a bad performance against his only live opponent, and now he wants to prove that he can stand up for 12 rounds against Andrade...wow.

I wish we could see Bute vs Kessler and Ward vs Froch, and have a final showdown between Froch and Kessler. That would be good for boxing.

If Froch wouldn't have been able to TKO Jermain in the 12th, he was being outboxed that night, would that make him ? Please enlighten us....

Bute ****s up 1 round and he gave a bad performance ?

I never once said anything about Bute's plans. Yes its a forum but there are reports and information that somes from third parties, which in most cases are the most truthful reports. Way I look at it is you take 1 part fighters, managers, reporters and 2 parts media and 1 part common sense and come up with close to the truth. That fomula takes me to a place that Bute is a hard fighter to get in the ring:good

Its just a matter of not believing every thing that Bute team sells. Some is true some is bull****, most is misleading. Im not saying that its any different with any other team, but you cats seem to think what they say is written in stone:patsch

Bute is a homer with his adoring fans in Montreal or someplace in Romania.God forbid he should fight outside this comfort zone.He is a fraud and I agree ,a paper champ.

They only thing I AM believing is that Bute is facing Andrade in a rematch. ANyone who think that fight sucks is not a real boxing fan. Now, i would really like a Bute-Froch after that.

I have just found this article. Interesting! What i heard at the gym was accurate.

    http://www.boxing scene.com/?m=show&id=20869

I have mandatory obligations but I also want to unify the division,” Froch claimed. “I wanted [Lucian] Bute because I was confident I could beat him. But he showed he didn't fancy the job by pricing himself out of the fight. He would have earned a million from fighting me – much more than he will get for a re-match with Librado Andrade. But now I'll be happy to give Dirrell a whupping instead.

Every fighter has a home, you know. How many US champions go out of their country? How many euro champions come to North America. Bute is not doing worse than the others, and, as pointed out, will probably defend his belt in Las Vegas, which is not in some Romanian city. In the future, he should travel more than he has done at the beginning of his career. Which is normal. Think just a little bit. When Bute had fought 12 times, he was already selling thousands of tickets. What would you do, if you were his promoter? Make him fight in the USA in front of 200 people for 500$? Now, the big fights won't be in Montreal all the time.

You haven't found anything, this thread has 4 pages. ;)
First, Froch says his team offered 1 million to Bute. After, he says it's much more than what he will receive to face Andrade. In my book, 900 000$ is not a lot more.

I'm still waiting for Interbox to react to this. My good friend 1lehudson tought me to never believe one single source. ;)

Since his match against Taylor, we heard about:
    Froch-Bute
    Froch-Hopkins
    Froch-Green
    Froch-Kessler
    Froch-Dirrell

So, Bute seems not to be the only guy having problems to find an opponent.

WTF Froch was offering a million for a unification fight and he will do 900,000 vs Andrade. Bute has priced out of this fight or Froch was not offering enough??? Anyway Bute MUST fight Andrade now so all the bad talking by Froch camp is irrevelant now. Froch will have to get outboxed by another boxer, get over it english hooligans. In fact its a good news for Froch fans, he will keep his belt a little bit longer....:yep
