    Shannon Briggs was great and entertaining once, but I can think of three reason why Vitali and Wlad aren't trembling.

    1. He got dominated by Sultan "Barney Rubble" Ibragimov!!!!
    2. His obsession with weight training has made him move as slow as a Greek statue these days!!!
    3. He only managed his last title reign from fight he was solidly losing.

    1) lost to lewis
    2) ran from a 45 year old foreman-most people thought briggs lost
    3) another guy that was 43 years old
    4) all these fights were over 10 years ago, ...so um big freakin deal :huh
