Shane to now look for Cintron, Berto, Williams or Clottey.

It appears that Shane Mosley has officially stopped chasing Manny Pacquiao for a fight. Mosley's decision means the proposed fight between Pacquiao and WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto is going to move forward, without distractions, on November 14 in Las Vegas. Richard Schaefer, CEO for Golden Boy Promotions, told the Los Angeles Times that Mosley ordered him to stop all attempts at making a fight with Pacquiao.
"Shane says he'll be the last man standing, anyway," Schaefer told The Times. "Shane's legacy is intact, and it's not dependent on a Pacquiao yes or no."
Mosley told Schaefer to explore possible fights with WBC champion Andre Berto, and former champions Kermit Cintron, Paul Williams and Joshua Clottey.

any thoughts? Personally, all i got to say is...FINALLY!

Mosley vs Berto in Cali could be good business.

It seems that Berto is going to face Collazo, so that leaves him out. Im not interested in a Cintron-Mosley fight at all. For me it's Williams(as a first choice) and/or Clottey(as a 2nd choice).

I'm surprised that he is open to fighting paul Williams....the question is...will he ?
Clottey is talking it up with Williams as well....I doubt either will happen !!!

Good news from Team Mosley... Any of the 4 will be a good fight... Tho I prefer a Williams fight since Paul is relatively the bigger name right now... Could be the tougher fight too...;)

I'd say bring on Berto to unify belts... but looks like negotiations with Collazo are almost done, so don't think it will happen.

A fight against Williams would be fine too. Cintron? F**K outta here. He doesn't deserve to fight Mosley.

Berto would be the best choice but it looks like Collazo is getting his rematch.

Shane's crazy ass will probably say **** it and fight Williams.

Well, if Berto can find a way not to fight Collazo YET and keep his belt at the same time, then i'd say Berto & Williams are a dead even favorite choice for me. A Berto-collazo fight would be good but I like to believe it would be somewhat of the same fight with Berto getting the clear UD this time around, so that's why I'd want to see Mosley-Berto more, plus it would be a unification bout. A Williams-Mosley fight would be interesting just because I would like to see if Mosley can slay the feared giant. I'd favor Shane to beat Berto but against Williams, I'm not sure.
