Isnt Johnson the fellow that tried to make a name for himself by trash talking David Haye? Hopefully he gets knocked out.
Solis is one of the hardest punchers at HeavyWeight. He stopped Haye in under 3 rounds with him wearing headgear. David will return the favor in the pros.
Good matchup. I hope Solis will get himself into top shape, cause Johnson will surely be. Off course Solis had a great amateur career, but that doesn´t count anything in the pros. If this really is scheduled for 12 rounds i go with Johnson, cause he is more proven at longer distance.
Excellent news. Hopefully this will be the fight to motivate Solis to get into top shape. Johnson is good enough to give us a decent barometer of just how good Solis is.
Mazikin may have been a better amateur than Vargas, but at pro he was nothing special. I´ve seen him live a couple of times and he didn´t look like a convincing prospect. Neither did Vargas though.
Solis is going to kick his ass, someone needs to put Solis on a Subway diet though...But go Solis anyway.
Terry, I think that had more to do with Haye's Chin than Solis power which is OK for a Heavyweight but not great.
Didn't we just see ow shedding a few kg's can help a skillfull heavy weight..come on Solis off the burgers son.
