Only *******s like you feel the need to bring Floyd into the situation when you know Pac is in the wrong for asking it at 143 even after Cottos nutritionist admitted anything lower than 145 would be bad.

This is plain and simple. They are trying to dehydrate Cotto. It's not about making it fair. Let's not say one or two pounds doesn't make a difference. Some of you *******s are really delusional to put it mildly.

    Pathetic, really.

Cotto is a welterweight, a welterweight champion. If Pacquiao wants to fight a welterweight, and take the glory that comes with that, he should just go ahead and do it all the way.

This catchweight compromise crap is ridiculous, either you have confidence you can beat Cotto or you think he's too big. That is fair enough, just don't try and drain his ass and make him weak.

I hope Cotto has the resolve to say enough is enough.

So, he fought Oscar at 147 and he claims that is his biggest win. I know he came in at 142, but I believe he said Oscar was the best WW. So what is Cotto? He is going to show him the money and drain him like Oscar. Oh, Oscar was not drained he was beat fair and square. I know we are all getting ahead of ourselves due to the contract not signed by the both, but it is showing us that these boxers today are just in it for the money. Not all, but many and we lose.

Oscar is a much bigger fighter who fought a MW so I don't see how that is a obstacle as far as Cotto being the larger man. Margarito, Cintron, and Williams are large WW not Cotto.

whatever suits your taste *****.:D

at least pac had the balls to go and fight welters even at a catchweight. and we all know, that 143 aint happening.

I will leave esb for a week if that happens. that is opposite to a pussyhead like you who thinks pbf-jmm is the fairest fight of them all. :|

the mere thought of pac entering the ring against cotto is a testament in itself to pacs fighting heart.

cotto fans and pac fans, are not too different. so cotto fans, cool down, regardless of who wins lets be happy for the fight happening in the first place.

Oscar shouldnt have fought at middleweight he was a junior middleweight.

144 1/2 to 145 is a reasonable weight anything less is ridiculous.

Pac has grown into 140 and is a legit 140lber now.

The Jr Middleweight would be more dangerous IF he didn't weigh less than Pac on fight night.

It's harder to down then it is to come up.

This Pacquiao guy is a real piece of **** isn't he? I mean could he be any worse for the sport? All this catchweight nonsense and what not. And to make things worse he's boring as hell to watch, extremely one dimensional and super cocky & arrogant. What happened to guys who only fought fighters in their prime? Fighters who took on ALL comers and knocked them out in devastating fashion all the while modest and humble. Man I miss Joe Calzaghe.

i think arum has not yet talked to pacquiao...i think roach will convince him to take the fight at 144 or 145...so nothing is final yet
