Well... the latest report I read was Palle complaining about Sauerland's low offer. Maybe Sauerland offered more, but the dream contract would be a deal with Golden Boy. Kessler has everything to be an international star, the looks, the smile, the style, the power, the skills, an exciting division. But my guess would be a Sauerland contract and a place in the SMW tournament, which is a good deal too.

Palle hasn't been paid off, he's still claiming there's no deal, but the danish professional athlete's union is behind him. Palle will have to sue Sauerland afterwards. But he has absolutely no chance - the contract stated that there was a clear expiry date for the fights for Kessler, and they are all expired bu the last one (which expires in august - too early to set up a tournament anyway). He was just hoping no promoter would touch Kessler before the trial was over (which could take years - not because Palle has a case, but because there is a waiting time before you can get to court). Now Sauerland have called his bluff and he is screwed.
This deal aint that hard to put together......manager gets $1,000,000 to walk away plus 25% of Kesslers gross over next 4 fights. Kessler will make $5,000,000 in his next fight....lets get it on....he will make twice that amount if he fights AA.....it should be made by now :huh
I wonder what kind of fighting state Kessler will be in after all of this? He'll probably need some sort of tune up fight before he gets in the mix with guys like Froch.

It's true.... Kessler has signed a three-year deal with Team Sauerland, and will be at the pressconference in MSG regarding the SMW-tourney, this monday.
