It's 100% ****. Their team probably has a contract with Gatorade. I repeat there is nothing of value in Gatorade.

Wizard - regardless of what you have read, you are misinformed.

I'll give you a few guidelines for a healthy diet:

If there are words on the package that you can't pronounce, its ****.

If it was produced in a factory, its ****.

If its organically grown, eat it.

Keep these three points in mind before you shove anything down your throat and you won't go far wrong.

And just to add a little bit of motivation to eat healthy for you, if you haven't already got the message - if you keep on eating like you have been, chances are that you will be impotent by the time you're thirty... think about it.

    Continuing Bodi's diet rules:

    - If your grandmother's grandmother would not recognize it, it's not food (unless of course it simply wasn't known in that part of the world, you get the gist).
    - If any of the ingredients carries a patent, it's not food.

You should make a sticky thread in here called Rules for Healthy Eating, and give 20 (or whatever) ways of telling whether you should be eating something or not. Combine Bodi's post with a few of yours and you're nearly there already.

If we get to a set that's universally applicable I'll sticky it. Another rule that was mentioned in another thread by boxingtactics07:

    - If the deli doesn't cut it fresh in front of you & the meat/fish/fowl is not by the butcher area, don't buy it.

I like that one because violation of this rule probably means a lot of preservatives (is that even a word) have been used. I always follow the famous "cat rule" as well. If the cat won't eat it, it has gone bad. Throw it out. But perhaps my cats are more picky than others :D

    Gatorade beats soda.

A trainer would be priceless, but many on here have given you advice that can get you started and you seem determined to be doing **** you can't do yet, like throwing hooks, combinations and trying fancy **** on the bag. You're just wasting your time doing that crap, trust me. Good luck all the same.

His first sparring session will be a revelation.:bbb:shock:

That's like saying Mike Tyson beats Arturo Gatti. No wait, more like Tyson Fury, because Gatorade is 100% ****.
