Mikkel Kessler signs for Sauerland!!

    WBA super middleweight world champion Mikkel Kessler has inked a promotional agreement to fight under the Sauerland Event banner. Sauerland managing director Chris Meyer said the Sauerland-Team has big plans for the Danish superstar at a short notice press conference in Copenhagen. “We are pleased to welcome to our team Mikkel Kessler,” he said, “one of the most spectacular, best and most popular boxers in the world.”

    Yeah big shame with him on board along with Arthur Abraham and Captain Huck plenty of good fights. Hopefully someone will pick up there contract should't cost much.

    Well the super middle tournement will be on Sky so we will see Abraham and Kesslers next 3 fights, including 1 each agaisnt Froch

    I find it strange that Kessler wanted to leave Palle becasue he kept fighting crappy mandatorys. So he moved to Sauerland who keep all there best fighters in germany fighting crappy mandatories.
