should be agreat scrap , macklin by ko too big and too strong for barker

barker hasnt really faced anyone of macklins level yet , this will be a step up too far for him

I wonder if that will be a Fury's first main event? McDermott is bang in trouble!

they should let Tyson fight for the Irish title on the same night!

I think Williams vs Fury sounds the best out of all the domestic scraps out there at heavyweight (barring Rogan vs Fury of course)

I will be flying back from my Holiday when this is on

Is there a way of Sky+ing 2 weeks in advance?

The only ways would be to sky+ the Big Fight Live before it, and stick it on series link. Providing you can series link that show, it would be your best way of doing it.

Alternatively you can set up a manual recording for itv4 at the date and times the show is scheduled. I've never actually used this, but I presume you can set a manual recording up for something quite a way in advance.

That function is available through the "Services" menu.

It might be a possibilty that Fury will face McDermott as the co-main event on the Macklin-Barker card? Obviously that's because it's originally supposed to happen a week after the Macklin-Barker fight.

    Just thinking out loud.

Haven't ventured out to a live show for months - should be a lively atmosphere and fight so this has to go into the diary

That's an understatement, it's rare that domestic fights give you that nervous feeling of not only are you unsure what's going to happen next but that whatever does happen really matters. At least that's how I feel about this.

This fight probably isn't going to get the media attention it deserves but I'm really, really looking forward to this.

Your probably right over the media attention.... but both fighters have looked very impressive on the same channel recently (on ITV) which I reckon will boost it up a bit more, including the ratings.
