just beat his ass at 147 and be done with it. Cotto is going to balloon to over 160 anyways.

I smell a Mosley rematch...I rather see Mosley vs. Cotto anyways, Pacquiao can go fight at JWW if he can only make 142. :-(

true. if cotto said he can comfortably make 145, then no one should question it. afterall, he came in at 145 during the clottey weighin. in that light, that is not too much really. 1 pound, just take a poop and a **** before the weigh in and your ok.

seriously, this fight will get made at 145. props to both fighters.

This is something that you Pac haters should take note if you want this fight to happen:

Pacquiao says he can only add a few pounds north of the super-lightweight limit of 140 lbs.

Against Oscar De La Hoya last December when the limit was 147 lbs, Pacquiao tipped in at 142, and in his last fight against Ricky Hatton at 140, the Filipino scaled in at 138.

Pac is not a welterweight while Cotto has been fighting for years as a welterweight. If Cotto wants this fight to happen, they should meet half way. I think this is fair enough. This catchweight thing has been practiced even before the junior/super weight divisions were created.

and you are so important in his world? move on, as if you would matter *******.

he weighed in 142 for a 147 fight before. does this not give an idea of how he can effectively bulk up. :|:|

is his legacy tarnished because he has not fought cotto???. ****ing idiot. just over a year ago, the thought of pac going up against cotto/pbf/mosley was met with derision and laughter.

now you take it against a man who can only weight 142 during a 147 fight?:patsch go find a tree and hang yourself idiot.

Pac can rehydrate up to 148 (dela Hoya fight) while Cotto can go as high as 160. What is fair to you?

    It's fair.

Mayweather weighs the same as Pac no one complains about the weight he gives up.

But Mayweather has not fought Cotto yet, you can make the comparison if he does.
