    :lol::lol:

When you lose/burn calories you lose muscle as well.

When you bulk and eat extra calories and workout you gain muscle and fat.

Of course you clearly did not know that.

    :lol::lol::lol:

When you burn calories you are burning fat and muscle.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

You are so ****ing stupid its beyond belief that they have not banned you from this board for ignorance.

    stupid idiot.

i meant calories burn fat?. so i wrongly placed a period instead of question mark. :rofl

me, ****ing stupid? whoa. i have not been the one making outlandish claims here.

    1. pbf lose weight after weighin remember.
    2. pac agreed to fight cotto at 145! remember.
    3. calories burn fat? remember?
    4. pac walks around at 155-160 remember. bigger than pbf you say.
    5. pbf can fight mosley at a catchweight. both are WW remember.

so, who is ****ing stupid now. me or you. :rofl

The only way you can lose weight and gain muscle is to be in HORRIBLE shape and never lifted weights on constant basis in your life.

Otherwise, when you burn calories, you lose fat and muscle.

When you bulk, you gain muscle and fat.

Uh huh. So you wrongly placed a period now. :patsch

Do you have proof Pac walks around at 150?

    I said its possible

    he and roach did

    You are being nitpicky.

Calories burn fat when you are LOSING calories.

I never said he did. But you have shown no proof he doesn't or that he does weigh 150 as he walks around.

    I never said he should.

Feel free to show me proof I said that.

I said that, would you be mad if Floyd fought Mosley at a catchweight considering both Pac and Floyd weight the same.

Go ahead and tell me Im wrong.

When you are on a treadmill, what does it tell you besides time, distance and speed?

Oh I know... Calories burned...

I dont even need any proof. Pac does not weigh 149 as his walk around weight. Fighters do a training camp to hit their PEAK physical condition on fight night.

Pac is not going to walk around at 149/150 then fight at that same weight. He wouldn't know when his peak was.

you are not so good at math are you. just over a year ago, pac fought at 135. you said, at 135 he was cutting 15 lbs to make weight.

so if he cut, 15 pounds to make weight. 135+15=150 lbs. what do you call this 150 lbs weight then? :yep:yep:yep

Cottos nutritionist would say that. He's trying to get the best weight for his fighter. I don't blame him. Cotto's team are just trying to get an advantage by making Pac gain 5 pounds. They know it will take a little of the speed out of Pac, whch is his greatest asset. He looked devastating at 140. That's his best weight. Cotto should fight the best version of Pac and then we'll give him full credit when he beats him.

I call it his peak weight. Not his walk around weight.

    There's a difference.

    Pac fought at 147 before.

Pacs not gaining 5lbs. Considering when he fought at 147 he only weighed 149 on fight night.

peak weight???? hmm, sure as hell he has not weighed in at that weight during any of his fight.

peak for what?:rofl:rofl. ****ing idiot eze. you think that a much smaller man in pacquiao, size, frame, height will walk around possibly heavier than PBF because you are so sure that pbf does not weight beyond 155 and pac weighs around 155-160.

so 2 years ago, when he fought at 130, pac was cutting 30 pounds in weight. :rofl:think. that is losing almost 19% of your body mass.

hmm. oh, right you said he will lose 15 pounds of water and 15 pounds of fat right.:patsch

    he cut the weight, obviously.

Peak for what? Are you serious?

His peak for his physical best. So his body is at his fastest, quickest reaction possible. :patsch
    He wasn't cutting 30lbs.

I never said that. Another lie on your part.
Pac at 130 was cutting 15lbs.

IF by chance he weighed 160.

Losing 15lbs of fat in 3-4 months time is EASY for professional boxer like him. When you are burning/losing 1000+ calories a day.

Yes he fought at 147 because there was no way De La Hoya was going to get any lower than that. We all know Pac's best weight is at 140. He's devastating at this weight. Cotto need to beat the best version of Pac. Not a slower more sluggish version at 147 (although a slower and more sluggish Pac is still f*cking fast).
