Much as I don't want to fan the flames of the Pac haters (and there is a f*cking lot of them), it's Pac by KO.

I would say Pacquiao based on speed, but Castillo was a monster at 135. PPL dont understand the balls Mayweather has to not even take a tuneup and go for Castillo in his first fight at 135, Castillo was KO everybody

Wow, no one is going to argue that JLC is the greater fighter. But styles make fights, and I have a feeling JLC is going to get unfairly overlooked in this thread....

i am confident that pac would do much better than floyd if they fight at 135 or 140. styles will make this fight more fit for pac. possibly a late rounds stoppage if the fight goes into war.

some of you may have forgotten how good castillo was at 135. pacquaio speed might get him a tough decison but if anybody is going to get koed, it might just be pacquiao. castillo had a tough chin, and had ko power. and he was a a well calcualted pressure fighter.

The Castillo that fought Corrales at 135 was significantly more durable than the version that fought Hatton.

It's kind of a shame to me, that people have been so quick to forget how good Castillo was.

If he had got the decision he deserved against Mayweather, perhaps things would be different....

Pacquiao by decision with his handspeed and movement being the reasons, but Castillo would be very dangerous and could really hurt Manny with his devestating body punches.

This is genuinely too hard to call, Pac has only had one fight at LWT & Castillo was a very good LWT for a long stretch in his prime.... Pac is the better fighter by a fair bit... but at this weight, Castillo may very well be the bigger, stronger man.

Im actually stuck, I`ll read the other posts & see if you guys can open my eyes to something Ive overlooked, I always like to give an answer & I want to choose correctly.

I'm the same Mr Butcher, waiting for someone to give a convinving argument either way.

I'm leaning towards JLC on points though, in a very lively fight.
