It should be widely accepted that Brock lost the first fight due to inexperienced. He thought he was having a street fight and wasn't thinking of all the possible ways to lose. If you look at an aerial view you can see Mir wiggling to get that leg. Brock was clueless. This time Brock should be smarter. I wonder if he'll fight safer and GNP him but not give up much chances. It'll be great if he is exciting but smarter. Mir has had a rebirth with two great wins. His Brock win simply became bigger by Brock beating Couture. He then showed his win was no fluke by beating Nog. His past two fights have shown great BJJ and boxing. It does happen that fighters expected to lose a rematch win because the first fight was not lucky or a fluke.
so who is the underdog? Sounds like everyone favors lesnar. I for one hope that Frank takes that belt away from Lesnar
Mir can only beat Brock by foot lock...no other chance whatsoever...got lucky the first time...he won't make it out of round 1 this time...Mir is a tool
I think brock can win it this time he was beating mir pretty bad until mir got the foot lock but we will see
I like Mir in this of course Brock is always dangerous will his heavy hands. To me though Mir has this look in his face now like this is the defining fight of his career and he refuses to let this historic fight go any other way but for him. This is by far the best Frank Mir hes much more relaxed in his standup and it looks very crisp and fluid not to mention hes training harder then ever and is in his best mental shape. Brocks a fine fighter but his game to me right now hasnt developed more then his wrestling,hammerfists and a powerful straight right. Mir is a much more intelligent fighter and has more weapons on the ground remember Mir got his Blackbelt years before Brock even started training Mir has done incredible things with his BJJ skills things Brock has yet to even come across in his training. Also Mir has developed into a solid Muay Thai striker he has more weapons standing as well. I believe Mir can KO or submitt Brock now Brock can KO Mir standing and maybe on the ground but every time he trys I think Mir can ruin his momentum with a submission attempt like he did with that armbar attemt in the first fight then Brock didnt wanna sit in his guard so he stood up and ****ed himself even more. Unless Brock KOs him clean I think Frank is always going to have an answer for what Brock can do.
