Your technique looks pretty damn good. How does that translate when you get into the ring? Have you sparred much?
thanks, I spar fairly often as of late, and I have had one fight, which I won..I feel I could have done better of course, haha.
nice stuff but whats all that random ducks coming back from punches, it aint doing nothing its a waste of energy. Also stepping to your right your a tad slow and open to a counter, also keep the right up
your good but you dropped your hands a few times i no your only working on a bag but if you do it there it will happen in your fights also speed up with your left its good but could be better with more speed thats all i have to say cause you have some nice punches
I think it looks pretty good. I rather like that you duck on your way out. my old trainer always wanted that, seriously I think you look good and another thing, you´re southpaw, like me, I gotta like that He he! Keep up the good work The predator
Right hand is really good. You keep it up, snap and pop jab. I love that jab, andd you bring it back really fast. Make sure left hand stays up. Dont move too much when you dont need too. When you step it you can move left right, but dont weave and bob far from the bag or going backwards. A little bit more rotation and feet stability when you throw that straight left. Footwork is pretty good, you had your feet lined up a few times but i think thats due to lacking space in your basement! Good stuff.
what were you doin at 0.27? if your goin in to hold you gotta throw punches to get on the inside of someone and move your head....not just have ya hands down and chin in the air, remembers when on the punchbag do the exact same as what you'd do in the ring
