yes! Lets end catch weights regarding Pacman. However for everyone else, catchweights are OK.

Hopkins, JMM, Maywaether, Oscar, Calzaghe, Pavlik, Wright, Cotto, etc. can all fight at catchweights if they want to... But for Pacquiao it should not be allowed because he sucks!

1 catch weight in 54 fights is certified proof that Pacquiao sucks

    Thick Head? Oh ok.

I think you are the one who has a 'thick head'

You'd rather see Pac fighting an unknown at JRWW than Cotto losing 1 pound (he weighed in at 146 in his last fight) and all of us boxing fans getting to see a great fight.

Pac is the P4P number 1 in the world. Cotto is the challenger and Pac is giving his the biggest fight of his career. Cotto should be on his knees thanking PAc for this opportunity. Not making demands trying to get Pac to gain weight while he winges about losing 1 pound.

    How is Cotto the challenger?

    Pac wants his 147lb belt.

End the catch weights regarding Pac? What about the others. Besides, you make it sound like MP has been fighting a lot of catch weight fights.

You could say that if Cotto fights Pac at anything above 140 he is CHERRY PICKING a weaker Pac.

Cotto fighting Pac at 144/5 means he get more credit than if Pac goes up to 147.

Cotto would get the same credit fighting Pac at 145 and at 147.

Considering their weights aren't going to be different come fight time.

Why the f*ck should it be fought at 147? Why does Cotto get to treat the P4P Number 1 in the world like a peasant and get him to bow to his demands.

COTTO SHOULD BE FIGHTING THE KING AT HIS BEST WEIGHT 140!!!!

WE ALL KNOW COTTO CANNOT MAKE 140 SO THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO HAVE THE FIGHT AT A CATCHWEIGHT. FFS SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAIN DEAD.

Why fight at a catchweight if both their weights are going to remain the same? :hi:

The only thing one of them gains by fighting a catchweight is that Cotto might drain and hurt himself.

We all know if Cotto beats the Pac the whole world opens up for him. Mayweather fight, Mosely rematch. HUGE HUGE Paydays and legacy.

Pac is the man at the moment and that's why he has so many haters. When you're the King people love to hate you and try and bring you down (see Calzaghe, Mayweather, Wlad)
