Haye will be brave until he gets tagged once, then he'll run and try to survive. He'll get caught later lunging in from the outside, estimated round 6. Until then it'll be a snoozefest, kinda like watching Mayweather running all night.
I say 4-6 Vitali is not a 'One Punch" kinda guy like Wlad. Vitali beats you up over time. I think he will start to get to Haye HARD in round 4 and end it in 5-6. Maybe even Haye stopping on his stool ala Peter

I think Haye will feel it out in the 1st then try and counter some of Vitalis punches and throw that looping overhand right . But with the way that Vitali can lean back and throw that left kinda 1/2 hook 1/2 uppercut it will cause Haye to try something else. I think Haye will get desperate for the 1 punch KO and Vitali will take advantage of that over time causing Haye eyes to swell badly maybe causing Haye to quit if not Vitali will KO Haye
