I figured we should make a list based on the results of a round robin tournament which includes the top 25 ATG Heavyweights. To do that it should probably be on the assumption that we've all agreed to who is in that top 25 list. Once we've agreed then we rank the fighter as such: I.E (just as an example not my actual ranking) Ranked in Order on H2H 1. Ali losses: Lewis, Holmes wins: everyone else 2. Holmes: losses: Tyson, Frazier wins: everyone else etc. For the top 25 (in no order): Joe Louis Muhammad Ali Jack Johnson Rocky Marciano Larry Holmes Mike Tyson Lennox Lewis Evander Holyfield Joe Frazier George Foreman Sonny Liston Jack Dempsey Jim Jeffries Riddick Bowe Jersey Joe Walcott Floyd Patterson Ezzard Charles Ken Norton Wladimir Klitschko Harry Wills Sam Langford Gene Tunney Max Schmeling Max Baer Vitali Klitschko If this is a list that can be agreed upon then proceed with your rankings otherwise lets revise it come to a consensus and then let the rankings.
Perhaps Ingemar Johansson should be on the list as well, I´m from Sweden you know he he! good list, this will be fun. The predator
I have always said that the #20 on a given list would have a good chance against the #1 unless he had to overcome a significant stylistic disadvantage. That is how uncertain fights between this level of opposition are. Ironicaly your #20 (Norton) did actualy beat your #1.
I was thinking about adding Ingo as well as Michael Moorer and James Douglas. To Make things easier I guess you can substitute who you want when doing your rankings.

Prime for Prime match ups....If any match up seems 50/50 try to do a best of 3 scenario to determine your winner.
Mendoza Perhaps for each fighter if we count each victory as 2 points, any 50/50 scenario where either stands a reasonble shot of winning as 1 point and each loss as -2 and see who has the most points after all is said and done? I'd be interseted to see what your list looks like..
ya, no way you could go 23-1 against the top 25 ATG heavyweights! at some stage at least a few of these elite fighters will have a style to beat you, no mind the greater talent.....
