This goes back about 20 years. It has and will always be difficult to win on points in Germany unless you dominate the whole fight.

Personally, I stopped watching those corrupt matchups about 3 years ago.I have seen so may gift decisions over there. From experience, I can tell you that Germany is much worse than the US. The crowd is mostly incompetent, the commentators biased or incompetent, the judges corrupt etc.
