Sounds almost like something Rico would say. Anyway, I gues for Naz, skill is the more important trait and that the bad chin is an obstacle Wlad had to overcome. Wlad being able to overcome that handicap and still be able to dominate despite it is the testament to his skill (and in effect, to his greatness as well)

You know everyone says that freddie roach is a genious cause pac got 2 big wins but i think Richardson is the real genius what with the wins bhop over pavlik and mosely over margo. so if naz says that wlad is one of the greatest i believe him

you are forgetting that wlad already been down several times before he started to "dominate".. RJJ showed his lack of chin very late in his career.. and the comparison between them is stupid itself..

Him being down several times and now Dominating was my point. It's not like his chin has gotten any better - just the rest of him did.

And my comparison was on Chins and how they both were dominate - not skillsets. I guess you didn't see that point - before you went to insult my comment.

Kayepps has some good points here as does Richardson. I just wish Wlad took a bit more chances so that he could be exciting to watch....again... and he CAN take more chances and still not get hit...

Chagaev ? Talking about the same Chagaev, who won highly controversial decisions over Skelton and Virchis ?

Chagaev has one decent win, against Valauev. And everybody knows that Valuev is ****. If there had been fair judging he would´ve already lost against Larry Donald and John Ruiz. Hell, even grandpa Holyfield almost won.

It´´s only proof how poor the division is, if Chagaev was the 3rd best heavyweight on planet.

I agree that Wlad is a very good heavyweight, but I don't even consider him the best heavy weight today

Obviously I was exxagerating, but I would disagree with your assessment. Boxers of the past could actually fight a little. The guys of today are lost when it comes to anything but a boxing match.

look at all the anti wlad hangers on ,hankering onto previous eras with pathetic excuses and bleeding little hearts, overlooking the irony and blatantly obvious regarding their statements and petty insults..

-crapy era, what like tysons,or louis or johnsons etc

    - crap chin, how about henry cooper or chuck wepner when refering to ali we can all over look the positives and focus on the blindingly negative when inadvertantly and extremely distatefully trying to denegrate a fighter through ones own agenda and bias

-richardson is right he is a great fighter.

    idiots.

I don't think many here will actually understand that statement even though it makes perfect sense.

I actually rate Richardson over Steward - the mind boggles at what Richardson could do with Wlad!

It's an interesting point. It's like saying Shannon Briggs was a great fighter for someone asthma, or Joe Blow was pretty good for only fighting with one arm, or George Foreman did exceptionally well for someone with rudimentary boxing skills, or Bernard Hopkins fights very well for a 43 year old man, or Holyfield in his 40s

Take note though, no where does Richardson say Wladimir is a polarizing, fascinating, love to hate or hate to miss fighter, his technique is just stunningly precise.
