LOL What makes this kid think he can stop Froch? Theres nothing in his fledgling record that suggests he could.
Also this dude has never even been 12 rounds (10 i think once with a nobody) with anyone let a lone a hard mother fooker like frochy.
As far as im concernd this youths in deep deep water here.

He's right! But imo he should just box circles around him and win a UD, don't know about trading with him.

Also Froch has become very overrated around here after his win over Taylor.

Dirrell has the tools but I dont think he has the stamina or the experience. If he gets in great shape he could make beat Froch.

 

I like Dirrell's attitude. I expect it to be a very interesting and close fight, Dirrell has skill and pop in his punches and I don't think Froch is a clear favourite or anything like that. Froch needed a last round-last minute KO to beat Taylor and his performance on that night didn't really impress me. But we'll see what happens.

I wouldnt say hes overated everyone knows his shortcomings (crap defence, easy to hit and relatively slow hand speed and very average technical skills).
But he is a warrior with great stamina decent power and a solid chin,
which makes for entertaining fights, how can you not like that?

 

Exactly. The only way Froch can win is if he trades with him (which honestly I don't think Dirrell will do, did you see him fight Curtis Stevens who he knew he shouldn't trade with). I think Froch is the most overrated fighter in boxing, and I don't see how people can act like he's so great.

 

Froch is far from great. But he's exciting, he has power and will fight till the last minute. Honestly though I will be surprised if he does very well in the tournament, many good fighters involved.
