Yeah - Manhoef is probably the best striker in MMA right now. He's always a joy to watch. Why don't you join the predictions this time around!

And I thought people had forgot about this as well. Although to be fair the card is pretty thin compared to some others DREAM have had.

    Sakurai TKO 1
    Galvao Sub 1 armbar
Tournament final (if this counts): Sakurai TKO 1
    Aoki UD
    Manhoef KTFO 1
    Amade TKO 1

Manhoef is arguably the best striker in the world in MMA. Filho has awesome Jujitsu but he's going to eat some serious leather when they fight. That being said i would imagine it to be similar to his fight with Akiyama and Dong Sik. Melvins biggest weakness is strong Judoka and guys with good Jujitsu. No shame there in being subbed by the best as his sub defense is quite good.

I personally feel Anderson Silva to have MMA's best striking arsenal. Manhoef is a bit wild. If Filho can avoid being hit by something crazy, he should win by submission.

Whom am I but the guy with the highest points total in the last 3 events he participated in

Wild? Have you seen Manhoef? Manhoef is one of the best pure Muay Thai counter strikers in MMA. You need to watch more of him dude.

I am not claiming to have seen near all his work. I don't even know if he has a wikipedia page. If he is the best counter striker in mma, I do need to see some more footage. I haven't seen all his mma footage, so I'm not going to say you're wrong. I am just going to tell you I just don't see it, as far as being the best counter striker is concerned. Manhoef has K1 skills, so I won't question his abilities as a striker. I will say that he is powerful, and fast, and believes in those qualities. Manhoef also rushes in full steam ahead behind his high confidence in ability, and with little regard for his opponent. That is why I said he was a bit wild.

Manhoef has a good chance at koing Filho. Filho isn't exactly lightning quick, and is open to strikes. I just think there will be a clinch, and Filho will make good on it when there is. I believe it will be only a matter of time once it goes there, if it stays on the ground for any lengthy period.
