I've bad mouthed him and coated Khan off in the past and I would just like to say he has proved me wrong 100 times over. He has at least one more new fan after tonight. Massive performance. Hold your head up high. I think there's plenty of people on here that could do/say the same. Form an orderly queue.

Well done. Proud he is british.
Good to see the respect between the fighters. There was alot of glove touching, and for a world title bout, thats good to see.

Every time Khan went to touch gloves, I flinched! I could just see Kotelnik sucker punching him lol

I had serious doubts about this fight, but Khan proved me wrong. Really impressed by the improvement in defence combined with good footwork.

Amir Khan did British Boxing proud tonight and i'm looking forward to see how Roach further develops him over the coming years.

    Well done Amir.

Great Engine but at this moment in time they shouldn't put him in with any of the big names for a while yet. It could end up like Bruno. Fair play world champion with a iffy chin it Khan be done great job by Roach and his team.

Same here Khan fought a good fight last night.

I thought Kotelnik would be too good for him but i was wrong.

On a sour note though the scoring was terrible i had it 116-112 for Khan, but 120-108...............

He may be strong at the weight but he wasn't in with a huge puncher who could wobble him. Roachs gameplan was excellent tonight get your punches off and get out of range. I dont think Roach has a lot of faith in Khans chin like most of us. To put him in with the likes that was mentioned before the fight for the big fights is a scary tought. Hatton has power and apart from Manny is 1 of the best in the division if he still fights on he will get the better of Khan. Then you have Witter , MoraleS , Bradley and to a lesser extent Marquez , Pacman and Manny Khan will get rocked by all of these and his chin will then be really tested. Khan is a Bruno type of fighter chin of his is well iffy its just he boxed the right gameplan when he steps up to other fighters with more power in the division his chin will be tested more than last night.

he seemed to take a few good shots, roach has done an excellent job with him to be honest and i just hope he doesnt give up the belt to avoid having to fight a decent puncher

I never hated on Khan and I am glad he is British and a genuine champ.

What Khan has done in his past 3 fights is unbelievable. The man was destroyed and humiliated but showed what can be done if you ignore the haters and work hard.

I'll take my place in the queue.

Was really impressed with the lad last night; I didn't think he could fight that disciplined for 12 rounds or that he would have the gas to last that long with the same gameplan. He proved me wrong, plus he took a few good shots and never looked hurt, which is nice to see.

I'll cut the guy a good bit of slack from now on.

    Very good performance:deal
