Bigger Schooling: Khan/Kotelnik or Calzaghe/Lacy?

    Who took the worst schooling, Lacy against Calzaghe, or Kotelnik against Khan?

    I don't remember Calzaghe hanging for dear life in the last three rounds, so I guess Joe gave it best.

    Khan was good tonight but the punch stats (I know they're not always accurate) showed he only landed 19% of his punches. Kotelnik was catching a lot of punches on his guard.

    Calzaghe just slapped the **** out of Lacy. Lacy didn't win one round. Kotelnik arguably one 3 or 4.

    Gimme a break. Khan won a wide decision, but in no way did that fight resemble the type of schooling that went down in Calzaghe/Lacy.

    Have you pulled this comparison out of your ass...its completely random.

    Khan just outspeeded a guy thats all, he didn't really damage him or even hit him a whole lot. Kotelnik kept his gloves high.

    Good tactical discipline and overall performance from Khan.

    Calzaghe vs Lacy by an ABSOLUTE mile.

    There's no similarities in these fights what so ever.

    Khan was a MASSIVE favourite to win over Kotelnik and did what was expected of him where as Calzaghe was a slight underdog 51/49 vs Lacy with most people on this board picking Lacy.

    Not only that, Calzaghe's performance was far better, Khan was indeed in survival mode for the last 2 rounds against Kotelnik. Not to take away from a great performance but dont put it in the same league as Calzaghe vs Lacy which is one of the greatest of all time.

    Khan didn't school Kotelnik. Calzaghe schooled Lacy, all of this Khan is the greatest nonsense is getting out of hand now.

    calzaghe lacy by a mile. lacy did'nt win a single round. i had kotelnik winning 3 arguably 4 rounds tonight and was far more competetive than lacy was.

    I don't feel as sorry for kotelnik as i did for lacy. Lacy actually made me a fan in that fight he got beat so bad.
