I'm an American, so was just trying to get a feel about who would you guys back in a fight between the two. Thinking off the top of my head I would think Hatton would get more support, being he's got to be the most popular fighter you guys have had in years, but Khan is also pulling together a pretty nice following.

Anyways, what are your thoughts, give me a feel of what I should expect if these to sign on to fight.

    Thanks.

Khan may get a UD on the back foot just keeping moving and using his reach advantage. If Hatton can drag him into a fight he wins but I reckon Khan UDs him

I'd prefer to see Khan winning.

I think he's far more likeable and his style is a lot more skillful.

I've never really got the Hatton thing.

Khan would KO Hatton, and very easily.

Hatton has no chin and no stamina and is come forward with no defence, absolutely taylor made for Khan. A big name on the resume also.

I would be ashamed of Hatton if he ever fought again, because he is in now a shot, out of shape and technically inept imitiation of what he was in his prime.

Actually, I'm not sure it does...Hatton is closer to his prime than Chavez was, and both of these fighters are actually from the UK.

Hard to choose. whilst I prefer Khan's speed and skills I have had a few top nights at the MEN watching Hatton. As quick as I would be booking my ticket if it was ever announced I still wouldn't like to see it happen.

If Khan gets beat it takes him 2 steps back
If Hatton gets beat he becomes a bit of a laughing stock

    Dont want either to happen

Never 'got' the fact that he dumped Warren who was bullshitting and holding him back, to chase the best fighters in the world?

what has that got to do with who people will support? you didn't ask who'd win

let me put it another way, hatton would get 60,000 knocking about a bum and khan couldn't get 10,000 in a "title" fight

Have to go with Khan. Improved skills and with Roach in the corner the tactics will be spot on. Hattons last few fights have shown he doesn't belong at world title level anymore. Look at the Pac fight, he did NOTHING, Made it an easy night for Pac. I believe he'd do little vs Khan. Khan late KO/Wide UD.

This fight really would do neither guys any favours other then swell their bank balances. AT this stage of their careers, Khan could probably hammer Hatton, simply because he looks shot. That would be a pity because Hatton doesn't deserve to go out like that.
As for Khan, beating-up on such a popular, though obviously over-the-hill ex-champ could forever earn him the disdain of the British public. Think of public perceptions of the winners of Bugner-Cooper, Holmes-Ali and (to a lesser extent) Lewis-Bruno.

Nothing against Hattton as he has achieved alot that many and 99% of the pro's out there would be envious of, and I just believe that he should retire now. His time has come.

I dont want him to be like Roy Jones and fighting on because he is bored and getting beat because he dont have it anymore.

I am angry at him because he wont retire.

Just like I am angry at Roy cos he is still fighting on now, and destroying my memories.
