    How come the Mexicans like Uliuli are here when this is supposed to be PHIL-PR rivalry. Don't they have anything to do these days? No more mexicans to root for? Everyone annihilated by Pac?

    Head to head . . . I'm afraid the pinoy's will run out of good fighters to match the Boricuas.

    Just my thought.

    is puerto rico even a country?

    aint you an american protectorate or something, which therefore makes you the US domestic servant, chamber maid and garderner rolled into one?

    but seriously, puerto rico and mexico are so near to the US wherein the market will dictate that athletes will gravitate towards the center of the sport.

    boxing=US.

    but philippines is a much bigger country and has a pro basketball league since the 70's. hence, our athletes go to this sport, or baseball.

    boxing is not everything here. so quit bitching as if you guys own the world or something.

    calderon ran like crazy against mayol.
