Folks, It seems like the finalized portion of this "Klit-Haye" deal took forever and a day to square away. Question is, will both Klit and Haye have enough time to plan and train to rumble by Sept. 12th??? I sure as hell hope so... I also do NOT want to hear any bullspit of any occuring injuries while preparing by either camp..... Let's do this thing on time for cryin' out loud.... I expect some real fireworks come fight night....... bbb:hi::rasta:admin MR.BILL:thumbsup
Yeah, I would have thought so. Haye was already training for Waldo and I'd imagine he's already picked up where he left off.
I'm curious as to what Haye will come in at against the solid 250 lb. Klit........... V.K. seems to have that 250 dialed in as of late...... Christ, V.K. is a hulk of a dude...... MR.BILL
Vitali keeps almost the same weight at 248-250 Lbs for almost 10 years now, this tells you something about his attitude If Haye hopes Vitali will eat himself out of shape like Toney or come to fight without proper conditioning, he's delusional... And if Haye hops Vitali will get old and slow overnight, I'm afraid that's not going to happen too... Boxers get old and slow not because of age itself, but because of the accumulated punches they absorbed over the years - thus the older the boxer the slower he gets, that's the rule of the thumb, but when did Vitali get a serious beating? Not that I can remember of... The one and only guy who managed to hit him significantly was Lewis, and even that displayed no effect... I'd say Vitali didn't get hit in all his other bouts that hard and often as with Lewis, which is quite logical when you consider Lewis' class. But since the slowing down / getting old is not caused by a few good shots, even KOs, but by accumulation of hundreds and thousends of shots absorbed over the years, I just don't see this happening with Vitali. He didn't show any bad reflexes so far and I just don't think this will happen over night till September 12th... So have fun Mr. Haye ;-)
Lewis himself gave Vitali a bit of a beating didn't he seen as he left the fight with half of his face turned to mush. :deal Sanders nailed him so hard in the first round that Vitali actually ran away! :good
Yes for certain its more or less common knowledge now Haye pulled out of the Wlad fight because of the demise of Setanta Sports which means no pay day for Haye , and even if he was injured he was more or less saying he was good to go again about a week after Wlad Chagaev , the brothers are probably the two most active fighters in the world and they are in shape year round !!!!!! These two should be more than ready come fight night !!!!!!! Haye via TKO round 4 !!!!!!!!!!!!
Clearly a Klitschko fan then , Haye is fighting him because a) he is recognised by boxing fans as the worlds no 1 Heavyweight and b) because Haye beleives he can take both brothers out with little or no fuss . Not because he beleives he will eat himself out of shape like James Toney and not because he beleives Vitali has grown old over night you clown !!!!! And what the hell are you talking about age is not a factor its the punch volume you have absorbed over the years ????? atschatschatsch Age catches up on every fighter and every athlete in any sport because the older your body gets the less effective physically it becomes to an extent and also depending on how well you have looked after your body ala BHop , yes the puch volume absorbed does contribute to slower re flexes hense the slower your reflexes the more you get hit and the quicker your career comes to an end as a direct result . But to say age has nothing to do with it is plain dumb !!!!!!!!!
Both are the kind of disciplined professionals who maintain a decent condition, even between fights. No Chris Arreolas, here. They'll both be fully prepared. Haye was partially trained, already, so he merely had to pick up where he left off.
