Mosley loves his opponent to come to him, loves it. His faster hands will land first and he'll have 100s of countering opportunities. Not to mention he'll be far far stronger and bigger than Armstrong and be able to knock him back with his shots. Mosley's power and body attack would also be serious weapons.

People also forget Mosley looked at his best at 135, he just looked something else at that weight.

People are talking about Armstrong's amazing stamina which is a given but don't forget Shane had seriously great stamina back at 135.

Mosley wins this, probably a UD but might even stops Armstrong after an accumulation and I know Armstrong wasnt stopped in his prime but Mosley is all wrong for him. The nearest fighter Armstrong faced to Mosley was Robinson and the Real Sugar man supposedly carried him

I don't think Mosley has the experience at this weight to deal with a guy like Armstrong who would outwork him especially down the stretch. Although Mosley's size and power would be very difficult to overcome. Armstrong via decision.

Shane doesn't possess the jab nor generalship to dwart Armstrong's relentless attack. He gets battered and pisses blood for a week afterward.

Armstrong UD or late corner stoppage.

Mosley fought 9 championship fights and plenty of top 10 ranked opponents at 135. HE didn't get superfights but his dominations and subsequent performances at 147 say all we need to know. Plus he was a massive puncher at 135 too.

Armstrong was past prime against Robinson, but not that past his prime as he had some of his career best wins around that point (ie Zivic for 1)

    Just so we

Speed Hand/Foot: Shane (by a margin)
    Strength: Shane (considerably so)
    Power: Shane
    Counter Punching: Shane
    Defense: Equal
    Height: Shane (3inches)
    Reach: Shane (7inches)
Stamina/Workrate: Armstrong (but this gives more countering opportunities and Shane had great stamina himself)
Chin: Both top chins but I'd go with Mosley

I really want to hear how Armstrong's going to win this other than, he outworks him to a UD, because Mosley can easily hang with someone who throws 100shots a round, will hurt Armstong more than Henry can hurt him to both the body and head, will beat Armstrong to the punch, counter Armstrong when Henry comes forward and throws his own shots and push Armstrong around the ring.

This is just a case of a good big man beats a good small man

Manuel Gomez lasted 11 rounds, I give Hank the benefit of the doubt and say he lasts 12 rounds.

In that case, Mosely likes to mix it up too much & even if he tried sticking & moving, he doesnt have the slickness or defensive ability to not come out worse.
There would be no escape from an inside fight IMO due to styles & Armstrong is far too active.

    Armstrong W15 Mosely

Not on this night, `come to him` would be an understatement on this night.

The Phillip Holliday fight was an off night for Shane, it was'nt like Holliday did anything special to make Shane look bad.
