I'll admit that the talking was wrong once he didn't fight them but this division needs personality. Injuries happen, look at how many fights Vitali pulled out of. Haye had an injury and Wlad went on to fight an opponent who was better for him; it gave us an official number one Heavyweight. Haye and Vitali didn't reach an agreement and Haye signed to fight Valuev; it's business. You have to understand that Boxing is a business; just because the fans want the best fights, doesn't mean they happen.

Yes, I am hating a whole nation, and would really like to pull that island out of the water and slam it back upside down. Why ? The irish would place a statue for me afterwards and name a celebration day after me.

Then again perhaps we're the stupid ones for looking for honorable people in a sport like this.

Well you're singling out a whole nation the British. If it's not what you mean; then I apologize but choose a better choice of words next time.

Yeah, those four reasons sound better to me!!!

    Here are my four

    1. He knew he would be humiliated in front of the whole world

    2. He is a coward

    3. His self confidence is about as strong as his china chin

    4. Talk is cheap

Even most Hayefans aren´t that sure that Haye actually was injured.

Fact is that Haye didn´t back up his words an that plainly sucks. He discredited the Klitschkos and said he would beat them both easily on the same event and what he did is ..... nothing.

He can say what he want´s right now, I don´t believe a it until he proves it in the ring.

    1. Vitali was going to murder him.
    2. Vitali was going to murder him.
    3. Vitali was going to murder him.
    4. He wants a shot at the Beast from the East so in case he wins, he can then dance with the Cockroach from the West named John Ruiz.

Way too many Vitali fans overlooking the fact that Haye worked the dude into a better deal with King and Valuev.

Guy may be a "coward" but he's pretty damn smart.

Some say he didn't get the deal he wants; some say he was injured. All I know is that he would have to fight both Klitschko's a total of 4 fights. Which is wrong, and if I were Haye, I wouldn't want that deal. He made a smart business move, maybe not the honorable move, but it helps him long-term.

Fact is that we don´t know nothing about the contract.
Fact is that 95 Klitschko opponents so far didn´t ***** about their contracts.
Fact is that if he didn´t like the contract he could have said that 16(?) months ago.

why does avetyone ASSUME the deal with King was better? This is Don King we are talking about. I think the really issue for Haye was he feels he has a better chance against Valuev.

IMO even IF Haye wins the WBA belt it will be a long time if ever that he faces a Klitschko. Haye seems to always have a problem with contracts, add Don King to the mix and you got a cluster ****

Once you sign a contract you can't pull out because you "don't like the contract" so he may have said he was injured. It's been said that he would have to fight Wlad and Vitali twice each; it's a fact and has been reported.

"It´s been said" and "it´s a fact" are different statements. I haven´t seen the contract neither have you.

The Klitschko side says it one way, the Haye side says it the other way.

Are you talking about an immediate rematch clause? If so, that's standard fare in a championship contract and perfectly above board.

The thing is as a challenger he isn't in a strong position to make demands. Okay, so he's off to fight that neanderthal. But what happens if he doesn't win?
He's going to look pretty foolish then, no?
