BILLY LYELL (he beat PUDDY). Danny Jacobs is undefeated but not BIG. Mundine is a good fight. Bhop is going to cut down to 160 for a rematch. Im going with Paul Williams.

Wow Boo, last week you thought like me that Williams was not really a Middleweight and Kelly wouldn't get proper credit b/c Paul can't take a Middleweight punch. Now this fight is Hagler - Hearns 2 why the change?

Are you forgetting that Haglar/Hearns only lasted 3 rounds?

I've ALWAYS said it would be an exciting fight. We'd have Paul in there throwing 100 punches a round, and Pavlik throwing his 80 or so. Neither guy is hard to find, and both are happy to go to war. It's one of the most fan freindly fights I can think of. However, aside from being a hardcore Pavlik fan, I am also a Williams fan, and I do not think this fight is in his long term best interest. He'll get brutalized. He should settle in at 154 and clear it out.

Sturm just has too short a turn around time after his last fight.

Billy fights next week, July 31 in Charleston. So it's not Billy.

It's a middleweight fight in Atlantic City, and Leow called it "big." Who else could it be?

David Lopez: very deserving fighter, but that's not big, and this is not the time to give Lopez his shot.

    Roman Karmazin: same as Lopez.

Can Green make 160? Even if he can, that's not a "big" fight.

Mora? not a big fight, and KP damn near left Top Rank over Arum's Mora idea.

    Duddy? Exposed by Billy Lyell.

See what I'm getting at? Williams is the only guy who fills the bill.

While this is true I don't think this is how you know it won't be Billy. Well, one of several.

True -- but I'm thinking HBO has some influence over both promoters. If you want your stars to make money, pissing HBO off would be a bad idea.

Can't say, but it is at 160.

Kelly looks good and is beginning to start training.

You guys will be happy. Just have to make sure that ink dries.

Boo, after I read that again I realized you were talking about Billy.

He's fighting at 154. I don't remember the guy's name, but neither did Jack, so I don't feel so bad. His opponent doesn't have a great record.

I looked on Box Rec, and I think this opponent is a part time boxer, full time bag lady. Seems like Billy should have gotten something good after Duddy!
