why not Vitaly? Maybe Povetkin would surprise all of us and Vitaly would gather the belts)

Although I don't think this will happen I picked other. My answer is Vitali. Vitali keeps winning. Haye beats Valuev then somehow gets by Wlad. Then Vitali beats Haye. Undisputed.

Wladimir already is the Champion. Valuev lost to Chagaev & Wladimir just TKO'd him.

He only has 3 belts The Ring (the only one that matters), WBO and IBF (screw the IBO). Last time I checked you need all 5 belts to be the UC. Besides anyone can despute it because untill he fights Vitali we won't know whos the best.

'Undisputed' either means holding all 4 major belts and therefore the 100% of the Heavyweight Championship.

Or a slightly more dated version of that term would be holding the WBC/WBA/IBF belts.

Wlad has the WBO & IBF belts. He has 50% of the Heavyweight Championship, and is therefore NOT undisputed.
