I never said he would be. I said that's the only reason they want the fight at less than the WW Limit. Is to attempt to drain Cotto.

The chances of Cotto being drained is like 35% give or take. I don't think it will happen but he's pushing the edge.

It very well could, but it's impossible to even guess without being in Cotto's head. It's not uncommon for fighters to get stuck 2-3 pounds above the limit and simply not be able to lose it without extreme measures.

 

It doesn't sound like much, but just imagine three pounds of water in your hands and having to lose that much more when you're all ready dehydrated.

 

so 145 is a legit welter. The only maximun weight is 147

 

There's a reason why Team Pac want Cotto at 145, and it isn't because they believe Cotto will be stronger at that weight.
