Ah cools, ayes i thought you says something bout being down there b4.

Hmm, bit shitty regarding the local gym.

Can maybe see what they meant if the trainers busy etc.

Its just getting the foot in the door i guess ?

How old are you, why not just train ?

Nah age dont matter actually, just train at the gyms, maybe take it from there ?

From that angle i mean :good

    Why not ?

You gonna tell a 25 year old that, who walks in ya gym and asks you to teach him or her ?

Am not talking turning pro mate and theres no reason why you cant still have a crack as an amatuer.

Tell me why you cant ?

Dan you got the best boxer of a night award thats something.

Go down and train at a gym to learn, watch what the trainers do pick up little tips etc...

You can teach so much more from actually boxing, theres afew trainers in my gym who has never boxed before and they cant tell you that much, but the ones who have can

Yeah ok Hairy I probably could but the things is mate I want to be the best at evrything I do. I dont like doing things by half. I'm content that anyone who's trained since an early age would punish me.

Gregory. Getting boxer of the night in the Army is a little different to doing it normally. thanks all the same

Well, if it matters much i am/was similar, as many athletes/fighters are, regarding doing things by halfs, the winners AND the losers.

I aint having a go but as GP says, people with ring experience "generally" have more knowledge and understanding than people with none, which goes a long way.

Look upon it as part of your apprenticeship to becoming a trainer.

People with more fights than you or have trained more than you, aint better either, as i found out. Thats part of the "not doing things by halfs" attitude, to prove this wrong, no ?

How can you help train someone who may have these beliefs and thoughts when you have such beliefs yourself ?

As i says, i aint having a go, just wanna help mate :good

PS. Go to the gym that knocked you back regarding helping train fighters, tell em YOU wanna box/train.

Your stock will rise by 50% alone just by doing that AND you will be learning a lot more about becoming a trainer too.

    GUARANTEE !

    All the best :thumbsup

got to help you Mancs out, otherwise youd all run around lost.

hope its helped, the best trainers know boxing and the best way to learn is to train IMO. Unless you be like angie Dundee and hang around gyms and trainers and suck it all in
