damn, i dont know why but i see adamek taking the heat and landing that huge right hand over and over again until haye is out...
it's highly possible. plus, we all know how haye's chin is compared to adamek's. i think there's a damn good possibility adamek fights smart and avoids haye for a while, picks his spots, and knocks him out.
that's my only problem with picking a clear winner. ademek doesn't avoid anything. and at heavy he could be slower. Also will hayes stamina be better at heavy not having to cut weight?
Haye by murderation, he would KO Adamek probably in the 1st or 2nd round, Adamek takes too many punches to survive and I cant see him standing up to Haye's big punches.
Noone would ever question the bravery of SIR Doivid Hoi, First Knight of the Round Table of Talkalot.
Haye, he's to fast and powerful. At CW Haye really didn't look like getting beat, his speed was brilliant.
Bobby Gunn is tougher than Haye This fight probably would end quickly, but rather for Adamek. I see it this way - Haye's going forward to knock Adamek out early, cuz he knows that Adamek's chances are growing with every single round that hasn't started yet. He's throwing punches like Cunningham in round 4th, Adamek's hurt a bit, but counter punch landed on Haye's jaw and it's over. As somebody said above, Adamek is not macaroni. He's got a granite jaw go go Tomasz :happy. I really hope it will ever happen.
i think this is very possible, and the jon banks fight is a good template for this. stay away from massive early power, take him out when he's tiring. take the body in the mid rounds, eat as few big shots as possible then go for it. however, haye is able of finding that chin early - as was the case v tall upright fighters macca and gurov. i go for adamek to win at cruiser, and haye to win at heavy.
Adamek's chin is great, his stamina better than Haye's but don't write the brit off. he certainly delivers vs tall punchers. Gurov and Mac were both regarded as top 10 cruisers with a punch to trouble Haye, and Haye splattered them both. I would fancy Adamek at cruiser but it would be hard for him to beat Haye at heavy where Haye is healthier and can hit harder/throw more punches. If Haye wins heavyweight title, then perhaps it could happen. Props to both of them, they distinguished themslves as cruiserweights and are now looking for the big money fights up at heavyweight.
Nope, Haye would beat Adamek much faster like he beat Toney and Rahman ... just by saying they are worthless and waste of time Now Haye is unified IBF-WBO-WBC champ ... by getting out of the contracts. Lest see how he beat Valuev now :huh
Adamek will take Hayes shots and come back with shots of his own, Haye won't be able to take Adamek's shots
Very hard fight to pick. I would probably bet on Adamek if I'm being honest, he would get thoroughly pulverised at times but I question Haye's durability against an iron chinned, strong warrior. If he trains hard and fights smart he should get the wide UD, if he tries to blast Adamek out he could be in trouble. The intangible is his power of course, I think its accepted he would be the hardest puncher Adamek has ever faced? And significantly so? So there's no way of knowing if Adamek can stand up to his punches, and Haye could well get a TKO and make it look rather easy, if he can hurt Adamek, because he would land a lot. Its a great fight on paper though. Wouldn't be confident picking either.
