We don't actually know what Hatton has. He was blasted out in two rounds. His footwork seemed decent enough and he hit Pac with a quality right hand, but the fact remains that he was up against a guy that was his stylistic worst nightmare.

The only thing that can be confirmed to have slipped is his punch resistance.

Marquez looked shaky against Diaz at times - who is a lesser puncher than Hatton.... but going by that form Hatton couldn't have taken the shots that Marquez hit Diaz (and Casa) with..... so logic suggests a close couple of rounds before Hatton is TKO'd again, as Ishy said.

 

He can **** right off. He just got schooled by Pacquiao and made to look like the unskilled dip**** he is, and he thinks he has the right to fight JMM if he BEATS Mayweather!?!?!?! This man is beyond delusional.

Christ!!! Its not even Hatton being quoted and even the guy who is being quoted is only saying Hatton might like to fight JMM if he beats Mayweather, not that he "has the right" to the fight.

 

He's living on another ****ing planet if he thinks he's an appropriate opponent for JMM. I used to like Hatton, but in the last two years he's shown an absolute disregard for discipline and boxing intelligence, yet goes around talking **** like "remortgage your house and put the money on me" before getting wiped out in two rounds by a ****ing Featherweight. If he wants to fight at the top level again - not that he will - he needs to work his way up. His days of cashing in on his fanbase are over.
