Nobody ever steps into a ring thinking they ARE a actually a stepping stone.... that's what makes them one in the first place.

TBF,what I read was that Hatton had displayed an interest in fighting Marquez should Marquez get by Mayweather. Now that is just plain ridiculous:tired

Not if they have a preconceived agenda and are just looking for anything to spark off a bit of Hatton bashing then no. Which is sadly the case for about a dozen individuals on these boards. Not going to name any looney bin dwelling Gary Glitter wannabes personally obviously ;)

So how do we get from Hatton displaying "interest" in the fight to Hatton thinking that fighting JMM is "his right"? :huh;)

    "Agendas".....:yep;)

Hatton is a smart guy why risk losing to local lads like Khan and Witter, when he risks only fighting P4P fighters so if he loses people say 'well he lost to a P4P fighter' and not to a young chinny or Mouthy guy.

Nobody said that, but why else would Hatton even display interest in the fight??Consider that he's coming off that KO defeat

No, you made a statement that blatently wasn't true. "Nobody said that" but they did and I posted the quote for you.

Thats pretty black and white mate.

As for the vague "interest", its nowhere near saying thats its "your right". Its just keepin options open.

I hadn't read back and didn't realise that when you said this...

So how do we get from Hatton displaying "interest" in the fight to Hatton thinking that fighting JMM is "his right"?

you were referring to an earlier post.

It's not even a viable option for Hatton
