This is good news for Peter. Now he just needs to learn how to box.

He's fighting some guy named McGhee, a journeyman, tomorrow on Latin Fury 10 card in Mexico. He's with Top Rank right now. Signed with them recently. Fight will not be shown. But, the card will show highlights of his fight.:thumbsup

Excellent. Maybe he can get a rematch with Chambers and redeem himself a bit.

I know...It just shows how lousy Toney has become. Toney does not have enough energy to win fights, only hang in there.

He's lost alot of body fat, certianly. More power to him, and good for him.

But let's not make an in better shape Peter out to be something he's not.

He can't box on the world level, and never could, regardless of what shape he's in.

    Let's not forget that.

And Toney was robbed in the first fight, IMO.

but for a guy in peter with no boxing skills whatsover as hewitt puts it,, that is pretty good that peter lasted a round right?

Great for Sam Peter. I just feel a lil bad that his great weight loss was for a guy like Marcus McGee.

Maybe he'll be rejuvenated. I'd hope for the best.

Appears that he is eating a few less of Kirk Johnson's doughnuts?

This is a great sign I only hope that it can filter down the the rest of the fat division.

The Klitchkos can be beat but these fat heavies aren't going to do it.
