Velazquez DLH'ing. Getting booed. He doesn't have enough rounds in the bank to DLH.

    Baranza is taunting Velasquez.

Jose Beranza turning back the clock! He just straight muscled the favored prospect to the mat after unleashing a stiff combination downstairs.

That first KD looked like a fawn falling over.

Now that I'm really taking a good hard look, Jose Beranza appears to be very physically strong despite being the smaller guy. That and he clearly knows fundamentally how to fight, as I stated earlier, even though he's obviously not a cutie pie.

In terms of excitement this fight > last fight.

Velas needs to stop hitting the canvas!

This is the problem when you fight bums and then suddenly fight an experienced pro.

Velazquez touches the Just For Men logo for the 4th time (2 KDs and two LAPD-style "down, boy" shoves).

Beranza still putting in good body work, not headhunting. Crafty old SOB. Punching in bunches. Won that round clearly.

    38-36 to the underdog.

But isn't Teddy picking the wrong moment to make his point? If the kid can't handle Beranza, why would he be fighting anyone even better?

Teddy only gave him a 10-8 for the third. What a ******.
